Hello, I'm new here and excited about finding this site. I have been taking this tincture for a couple months now. It contains red raspberry leaf, black cohosh, wild yam root, ginger, lady's mantle, and willow bark. Prior to this I was just taking black cohosh supplements. I'm probably in 4 or 5 months all together. I have noticed some changes, particularly my hair, skin and my mood has improved so much. I just learned about PM and would like to try that in the near future. Just curious to see if anybody has any other input or recommendations. I'm very excited about all of this. Thank you ☺️

I'm curious about your tincture and how you came about it.
• Red raspberry--Balance hormones, promotes breast health
• Wild yam-Stimulates hormone production, increases progesterone, prolactin, anti-androgen, and slows the metabolism of estrone, one of the body's own estrogens.
• Ladies Mantle--The Tannis (6-8%) in LM causes contractions, protects conjunctive and elastic tissues, contains salicylic acid (a mild pain killing action) for painful menstrual periods, It's astringent increases blood flow for circulation and helps with saggy breasts.
• Black cohosh-Appears to bind to estrogen receptors, mimics hormonal effects of estrogen, estriol

Thank you! Very interesting! I did some research on the ingredients but this is helpful, I didn't realize black cohosh could be toxic.
I bought the tincture on Etsy from an apothecary. It's called Moon Drops. I buy various different herbs and tinctures and enjoy making my own as well. It's kind of my thing lol.
I also bought this other herbal supplement for Female Estro Support with Damiana, Sarsaparilla, Hydrangea, Irish moss. I've read some mixed things on those so I've just been sticking to the tincture for now as I have been impressed with it. I do like the tinctures. I like to think of them as potions lol
I also take wormwood daily but that's for other health benefits I also take a reishi mushroom tincture and I've read it suppresses T. I use amla and argan oil for my hair too.
I was thinking to start taking a red clover tincture. What are your thoughts or is there something else you would recommend?

Hi MarianneBequette, I'd suggest this program over red clover or any other starter program to be quite honest. This program get results, i developed it after years of trying different products & programs. I've also found new discoveries to add to this program backed by science benefiting breast growth and overall health that I'll be updating soon.

Abstract
Objectives: Previous studies suggested that vitamin D modulates circulating IGF1. We investigated this effect in adults and its clinical relevance in the management of GH deficiency (GHD).
Design and methods: IGF1 levels were prospectively measured before and after 12 weeks of treatment with oral vitamin D3 (5000 or 7000 IU/week) vs no intervention in 39 subjects 61.9±7.9 years old. The frequency of IGF1 values ≥50th age- and sex-specific percentile in relation to vitamin D status, as determined by the concentration of 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D), was retrospectively assessed in 69 GHD patients (57.4±16.6 years) on stable hormone replacement and with 25(OH)D and IGF1 concurrently measured.
Results: Treatment with 5000 and 7000 IU vitamin D3/week significantly raised 25(OH)D by 12.7±8.4 and 13.1±6.5 ng/ml respectively (both P<0.001 vs baseline). In the 7000 IU group, IGF1 levels also significantly increased by 31.3±36.7 ng/ml (P=0.01). Neither 25(OH)D nor IGF1 significantly varied in controls. IGF1 was ≥50th percentile more frequently in GHD patients with 25(OH)D levels ≥15 than <15 ng/ml(65.9 vs 40.0%, P<0.05). Logistic regression with adjustment for recombinant human GH (rhGH) dose, vitamin D supplements, gender, use of thyroid hormones, corticosteroids or estrogen/testosterone, and season revealed a significant positive association between ≥15 ng/ml 25(OH)D and IGF 1 ≥50th percentile (OR 4.4, 95% CI 1.0-18.8, P<0.05). A significant negative correlation between 25(OH)D concentrations and rhGH dose was found after correcting for age and IGF1 (β -0.042, P<0.01), but not after further adjusting for sex, thyroid, adrenal or gonadal replacement, and season (β -0.037, P=0.06).
Conclusions: Vitamin D increases circulating IGF1 in adults. As a result, a better vitamin D status may ease the achievement of normal IGF1 values in GHD.

Both triterpenoids and Beta-D-Glucans (polysaccharides) are the anti-cancer, anti-androgens, longevity things in a reishi supplement you want.

Technically, MSM stimulates the stat5 pathway which facilitates phosphorylation and the nuclear translocation and DNA binding...in other words it helps with breast growth. MSM also stimulates prolactin and enhances GH (growth hormone)lol.
