Has anyone used estrogen gel if so what doses.
I'm currently taking progynova 4 mg and 100 mg spiro

I also use "Œstrodose" estradiol gel.
Two doses per day, plus one 200mg progesterone capsule.

How often do you use progesterone do you come off estrogen when your on it

I've been taking it since August 2022, and I haven't had a special doctor's recommendation, so I'm taking it every day, in the evening.

Yep i take 4 MG of estrogel and i take 50, of spironolactone every day. I did It for one month. But i took some diferent estrogen before. I think im in 5 month. One more and i reach the point of no return. Hahaha. Is better to start take low dosage.
