its not quiet, but there may be some way to improve it

first thoughts, its far better on breast cups than I though it would be, ive not bothered with the original pumping set up and just used the pump and pipes.
If you pinch the tube just before the valve pops you can increse the base line suction in some modes and if you pinch the tube when turning it off and wait for it to click, it hold vaccum.

I seem to have won sevral on ebay with my opening bid, so will probably have some up for sale.
