In the UK we don't have much call for snake bite kits, insted I've been using the rubber tips from walking sticks, I've just upgraded to these

They are fairly shallow so you can stealth them.

I’ve been using the Supple Nips xxx-large (the old size 5) and they’re about the size of snake bites and definitely more comfortable. They stay on much better and don’t crack. I’ve stealthed them under a hoodie (maybe not much longer, tits are getting bigger).
The only place I could find the size 5 is Mr. S Leather.
