How and what can I a flat chested trans woman(not on hormones do to get big boobs ? I’ve looked into herbal supplements and pumps but I’m really hoping someone can give me a kinda list of what to get or do 

I don’t really know anything about the body or boobs all I know is that I want big boobs ?‍♀️ so any help is amazing and welcomed

a lot of this forum is people seeking advice for a personalised program or seeking a good source for a particular supplement. I will say that a good default but dependable source for the non-obsessed and the everyman is Swanson. Its a favorite source of bovine ovary as well, among members of the US.

Based on my research and personal experience a good herbal route is based on high-quality Pueraria Mirifica (from ainterol.eu) combined with herb(s) which reduce testosterone. A simple regime with a lot of potential has PM around 1000-1500 mg/day and also some Red Reishi. I am using that combination, and as supporting supplements Omega3 fish oil, a  Calcium/Magnesium Zinc supplement, vitamin B complex, vitamin C and MSM. Lotus has written here excellent explanations regarding this kind of plan. Stevenator has posted to this thread a couple of links worth studying.

Swanson is a good source for BO and Petuitary Glandular that many people here use.

I use Transfemme products for BO/PG which comes with some personalized help from the company rep, I have been pleased with their products and I am finishing up a year on the program and will start tapering off slowly.
