Looking at some pm caps. Label says 500mg but it also says 10:1 so is that like taking 5000mg? Seems awful high dosage

I haven't tried it, but my guess is it's the same manufacturer as Carlyle, which also say it's 10:1 extract on the label. People on the forums have found it not to be very strong in practice.

Maybe I'll try it then. Was just looking for a 500mg. I'm going slow on my program. Thank you for the reply. I ran out of my other stuff just want something decent and low dosage. Wish Amazon sold Ainterol. Have to hide my deliveries.

Do you have any update on these after taking them for the last month or so?
I got the same ones. I've been taking them a couple weeks, nothing yet and the sooner I know they don't work, the sooner I can switch lol. I saw others on here saying the extract versions of PM weren't great or possibly dangerous if they truly are 10:1.

I haven't tried that exact brand. However, I have tried several other brands which didn't work. My conclusion is therefore that on the market there are very many fake and useless ones.

For me the first one which worked as expected was Ainterol. Some other people have reported also about few other good brands here.
