Just started taking Carlyle PM 1000mg two pills twice a day. Will the PM make a difference by itself or do I need something to help it and how long would it take to see results?

You should take something to lower your testosterone  levels if you want to grow breasts and I have read with PM you should take calcium with D. There is a ton of info on this web site

Everyone is different, but PM alone can give you results. You can increase the chance of success by using some supporting herbs. There are many threads on what you can add with the PM to help with the growth. It also can take some time, so be patient.

Not all PM is created equal, so if Carlyle doesn't work, try Barlowe's or Ainterol.

Also be aware, that if you do experience real growth, it will be permanent and the possibility of things changing "below the belt" are very real as well.
