For me, NBE was very helpful for finding a way to see if I really wanted to do HRT without needing a doctor's note etc. first, but once I had confirmed the results of the experiment, I stopped NBE and told my wife I am trans. I had wondered if she would notice my body changes on her own, but that didn't really happen because it was only a month or so. Anyway, this has really sucked because she is now driving the bus to divorce town, if a little more slowly than she would have if I had done HRT without telling her, but at the same time I feel like the whole thing is inevitable because you can only keep your fingers in the dam for 40 or 50 years before you get some cracks and leaks around the edges.
My 2 cents are: do enough NBE to figure out if you really want to pursue it or not; go to a therapist; make a plan with the therapist for coming out to your wife. Don't do what I did and make the plan on your own! Also the fact that you are seeing a therapist at all can be your "warning shot" that something is going to change (although sending good warning shots is basically impossible because no one interprets them correctly).

Regarding your program I see nothing wrong apart from the PM. I just checked Amalth and what they sell is PM leaf extract (I never heard of leaf extract). What really works usually is pure ground root. If I were in you I would look into getting Ainterol's pure root PM, which is the usual choice for NBE. Also, the dosage I see on Amalth's website doesn't make sense as they say that the single dose of extract is equivalent to 5000mg of pure root, which would probably kill a human being. Extracts are not as powerful as pure root, but those values are all over the place...
Regarding the changes: physical changes will take a while to arrive. For the more femiine bottom you'll have to do some squats as lower body fat redistribution takes a while. Boobs will start growing on month 2 or 3, but it won't be enough for anyone to notice. If you are consistent you may see some budding around month 4 or 5, and some shape around month 9. Remember that you will know what's going on, but to other people you will look like you put on some weight.
One change that will definitely happen is loss of sex drive. I don't know what your love life is like, but that's probably the most noticeable effect. Erections will take longer to achieve and will be harder to maintain (pun not intended). This will kick in pretty soon, in two or three weeks, so make sure that your relationship can take the hit of a reduced amount of sex.
That said... good luck on your journey and keep us posted
