I have read that P.M. will cause changes in the face. Can it help getting rid of wrinkles? What about facial hair? Read body hair helps in reducing that and help with hair on top of the head. Dont understand how help reduce body hair and help restore hair on head myself

The changes in hormones may slow body hair growth or make hais thinner. Not sure about head hair, itmay thicken it up a bit.
