Me personally? Try this one. I've been using it for a while, and will continue to until I run out. Then I'm going back to Ainterol.

But you can still try the one you suggested. You never know, it might also work.

Just remember it takes time, lots of time, for results. I'd consider switching if nothing changes within six months.

I bought some Carlyle brand, but I'm not sure if it's effective. I'm always on the fence between patience and 'JUST GET IT OVER WITH!'

As you can see, I struggle with patience and excitement. I was always bad, especially around Christmas time...

thanks in advance, Mel.

I  have never seen this brand but it looks like it's pure ground root (which is good) and not extracts. I am curious about the dosage: usually the amount suggested is 1000mg/day and not "up to 2000".
Is it working?

The only ones I know to work are Ainterol and Biovea. But looking at the information on this one, it seems legit.

the amount suggested in the bottle is 1000 mg, that is 2 capsules per day, (I started with 500 mg (1 capsule ) a day for a year, then, 1000 mg for about a month, and now am taking 2000 mg per day. (with 1000 de SP)

I somehow find it is working, but after more of a year I'am planning to go full transition and I want to be sure about brands and dosages.

thanks for your reply, any suggestios are welcome.

I have read very good reviews of Ainterol in this forum, that's where my doubt arose, I don't see much difference in the price, so I don't see why not change to Ainterol or another brand like Biovea if necessary, thanks for you reply !

I am taking it slowly, enjoying the process, apart of my body and mind. I also have many changes to make in my daily life and those are things that take time. thanks for your answer
