Hello all. I say maybe 1.5 yrs was taking fenugreek 4 pills a day and last few months black cohosh 2 pills about 40 mg want to say (also heard helps with arthritis which have). Stopped taking a month ago bc trying P.M  1 pill a day. S.P 320 mg and 1 ill of maca 500 mg. I have some development not enough for a bra. Also take a probotic some times and a magnesium for bowels i hope. I had a groin hernia and sometimes affected bowel movements. Any suggestions?
