Hello all,

I am self medicating using sublingual HRT, I have searched the internet to find out when to increase the dose of hrt, I cannot find any answers, so can you please help.

At the moment I am taking 2mg of Zumenon (Estradiol) when should I up the dose to 4mg.

When I up the doce I will take 2 types of HRT = Zumenon and Kliofem 2mg of each slit morning and evening.

Any advcie will be appreciated
