Hi lovelies 
This has been a topic of interest for me for a while.
I don't have much pre-cum (none at all, to maybe a drop), unless I strain on the toiled while passing a bowel movement (rarely causes precum).
What makes it more likely to occur, is taking the Pygeum herb. This is well known for a lot of men.
Why does this work to increase precum?
I've not found anything reliable online when searching!
There seems to be no knowledge on what causes the Cowper's gland to produce it, nor how to increase production.
Coming back to Pygeum, the notes I have:
- reduces the level of DHT
- reduces Prolactin levels
- block the accumulation of cholesterol in the prostate
- reduces the number of sites where DHT can attach
- inhibits 5-alpha reductase
- contains phytosterols
What of the above, causes the increase of precum / increase of activity of the Cowper's gland?

Is that it? Do we not have anyone studying this part of the male anatomy?
If Cowper's is under the control of DHT, then why does reducing DHT via Pygeum classically increase precum production?
