As mentioned earlier, everyone is different. I had success with PM, before trying BO. Then when I started that, I stopped the PM, but added Red Clover and Hops (8-PN), Pituitary Glandular, and used White Peony to keep the T levels down. I mixed PM and BO once and it was a rough night with jitters, racing heartbeat and brain fog.
PM is a bully and doesn’t play well in the sandbox with others. At least, FOR ME, I didn’t invited it back to the party.
