I've seen mention of spironolactone being used by some to increase feminization.
Isn't that prescribed as a diuretic (water pill) with a pretty low dosage to begin with?
What does it do to your body if the dosage is increased?

Any Chemist out there have any answer?

So my PCP just put me on Lisinopril which is typically for high blood pressure. My BP is fine but being a T2 diabetic they prescribe it to help protect your kidneys. Low and behold it has a side effect of significantly lowering T. I hate taking meds to the point I have controlled my diabetes with diet and exercise managing to stay off meds for over 6 years now. I was really not wanting to take the lisinopril and was looking at lowering the dose but my desire for breasts kicked in and now I'm staying on the current dose. I've had good breast growth, some muscle tone loss, and some pelvic tilt on BO. I have not had any shrinkage or loss of function as of yet but my T and E are both in normal range on my latest blood test this week. I was taking Fenugreek which can raise T and am debating switching to Red Clover after hearing back from Lotus and Heavenly. I guess I will know more in 6 months with me next labs.

You are looking great and have had good results. Wishing you continued success and more growth!!

Hugs,

Brie

I have managed to control it for the last 6 years with diet and exercise. Im going to avoid meds for as long as I can. I'm sure at some point I will need to and I will do my research on what I think will be best for me at that time. For now I guess I eat a smaller portion of pasta, potatoes, and ice cream lol. Burritos and tacos in a bowl too.
