I am planning on improving my already natural 38B boobs with HRT. I came across the flat2fem (dot) com program.
Anyone has already tried it?
While I am waiting for my PM, I am taking the following daily plan based on their recommendations:
2x Fenugreek caps (2x 610 mg from the Vitamin Shoppe)
2x Red Clover caps (2x 430 mg, same store)
1x Saw Palmetto (320 mg, same store)
I plan on adding Progest cream after 2 weeoks into the program.
Any comment? Has anyone tried it already?

It sounds like a decent product ready made. I am not sure how much it costs, sometimes buying the ready made stuff is so much easier than buying everything individually and trying to figure out the best combinations. I went with a ready made product that came with a support line and help along the way, it was more expensive than buying the products individually but it was simple and easy and worth the price, to me.

I am especially wondering whether it is working or not. I get my ingredients from the Vitamin Shoppe in the US which is, I think, a decent place to buy from.
I read various comments about Saw Palmetto which is sometimes encouraged and sometimes not as it may counteract the effects of estrogen pills.

Back when I started NBE I used flat2fem's guide and started on fenugreek and saw palmetto.
I did get my breast buds using that method but I ended up moving over to PM and then later HRT.
I would say it depends on your goals as I believe it to be a slower method.
As far as benefits to using that program from my observations. I had no ED on that program, not until I started on PM. Wheither or not that is important to you is up to you.
