Hello all, 

Basic question before I push forward. 
Ordered some ainterol, it'll get here when it gets here i guess. 
Plan to start at 1x 500mg pill per day and increase with time. 
Pretty basic. 

Question I have is reguarding dosage of the complimentary herbs. 
I acquired 
500mg natures craft saw palmetto capsules 
as well as 
610mg capsules of spring valley fenugreek
Are those dosages/brands fine? 
Am I off the mark high or low? 
Should I take multiples. 


Looking into white peony. 
seems I can get Solaray white peony extract 500mg capsules easily. 
Replace the saw palmetto with the WP? 
What dosage?

Alot of information on this webpage, I've lurked for a while before signing up. It's hard to process it all down into the basics.  Figured i'd just ask...
