I had this happen while on PM, back then I also smoked and I have naturally thick blood. That was a major scare as I'm not planning dying to a blood clot. How painful it is? Mine got so bad as to keep me awake at night, major scare. Stopping PM for a while and or going on lower dose helped. Obviously switching to conventional HRT assisted with all the hormone magic we talk about here solved this issue.
You can try lower your dose or take a break and see if the cramps go away. This is something you don't want to take a risk about, so be careful.

I’m not so concerned with clots, the symptoms are significantly different. But I was curious if others have had similar experiences and what they did to prevent it or at least minimize it. I’m thinking of lowering the dose over the next few weeks to see if that changes anything. I never thought lower testosterone levels may have some negative impacts. My blood results did confirm a decline in T levels. My body is definitely changing in a more feminine way. Legs are noticeably smaller and my butt has gained some fat. The weight gain was a surprise considering my activity level, but it’s still manageable.
Cramps while on PM are common (it happens to me all the time while on PM) and the reason for them is the lower testosterone in your body. To put it bluntly, you are weaker when taking PM. It's the same effect that takes away erections and that makes you less snappy. They probably are not caused by blood cloths, which will hurt a lot more than a cramp.
What I noticed is that PM acts better when all the side effects have come into play. The cramps, lack of sex drive etc... are all signs that your body is functioning in a more feminine way, and that the effects of estrogen in your body are maximised. My bad advice is: if you can pull through, pull through. Once your body adapts to the lower T and higher E, the feminization process will likely speed up and be even more effective.
Great picture, by the way. Your breasts look amazing, particularly for just 6 months!

Then for some reason I started getting stomach cramps when I took PM. Anrrowed it down to the PM off for a eeek and started PM after a week stomach cramps --had to stop and switch to PM cream moon my boobs. I would stop the PM for awhile and. then start see if you get leg cramps. Oh and your picture looks lovely nice boobs on your very fit small frame
thank you so much. I appreciate the compliment and insight. I’m going to reduce the dosage over the next month to see if anything changes. I really don’t want to stop but I’m okay to slow things down. I love the fem changes. And I feel more confident and calmer about life.
