I'm back again at playing with my girls.

Not long ago I decided it was time to do some exercises for my upper body and since I'm a lazy person I found motivation in a youtuber whose video is targeted at women, to develop a more firm breast shape.

Well, I started to notice quite a difference. It's clear to me that there are no muscles inside breasts, but there are many underneath them for sure and this push from below is helping shaping them noticeably. It helps to say I always had gyno.

So now I'm catapulted back into the desire to have them more defined and I want to try to supplement my exercises with PM.
I can't find a place where to buy good quality powder in Europe. I need a reliable source.

Can anyone suggest a site or product?

When I was on PM I used to buy it from Pueraria UK on Ebay UK, which seemed to be the best and had the best reviews.
I did try one other brand, cant remember which,, but certainly wasn't as effective.

I couldn't find the eBay seller.
Since I read good experiences from some other users here, I tracked down this cream:
PM cream

They also have powder, but since I ordered the relish and Msm powders on amazon, I figured it will be one less thing to ingest.

There is no way I can find any progesterone cream, they only come with a prescription... I guess I will have to do without and see what comes!

iiHerbs have prog cream, I buy the pog-pro life one, but quite often its out of stock so its a case of just keep checking.
Also Prog is not recommended unless you are well past budding stage, as a filler and finisher

thanks, I'll check it out. Please help me out with "budding stage". I couldn't find a proper translation for it (I'm not a native speaker).


Edit: after further reading, I think I got it. It's the primary development of breasts, therefore I'm well behind that stage thanks to my gynecomastia that accompany me since childhood.

Think it ships from Romania, but arrived in the UK in about 2 days. I bought 2 of them, only used one pump of the cream to try it, but not used any more because I think my right nipple hasnt budded (my left might have budded, not completely sure). Had no issues with customs / import, it was "DHL Express (2-Day Delivery)" shipping.
