Supplement check for newbie? FG, RC, PC, MSM, and some others?

I’ve lurked for a bit and decided to take the plunge and see what happens. I’m thinking I’ll try this out for about 2 or so months and see what happens (I’m not expecting magic, mainly just want to see if there’s even any tingling or budding or anything and take it from there). I’d also like to keep my fertility safe. 

What do you think of this regimen?  I just started yesterday, so there’s time to modify if I need to and would be happy to add or subtract anything. Well, anything other than PM, that may be close to magic but I’m not sure I’m ready for that quite yet. 

Does this routine seem like it would do anything at all, or is it a waste?  I’m not quite convinced I need both RC and FG, but I think I’ve seen some people have success with it. 


RC: 860 mg per day (capsule form, 200 mg is extract, 660 mg is powder)

FG: 1200 mg per day (capsule form, half is powder, half is extract with 60% saponins)

MSM: 3000 mg as powder mixed with water

PC: 25 mg applied topically 3-4x per week (approx. 12.5 mg per breast) (and I may wait on this, because I was thinking I already had small budding from some mild gyno, but now I’m not sure)


Liquid reishi extract: 1350 mg per day

Liquid dandelion extract: 1350 mg per day

Vitamin C: 2500 mg per day 

Vitamin D3: 4000 IU per day
