Where i live, the only PM brand i can find is BIOVEA, it's 250mg PM per capsule and says "(root) standardized to %40 isoflavones". And has 100 capsules in 1 bottle. Costs 20$

But i don't know if it's good enough or not. On Amazon most of the sellers don't ship to where i live (turkey). So would like to get your opinions on this.

Hi! I bought some a few days ago! I received it 3 days ago and I tested it, from the 3rd day I already felt an effect of well-being and increased libido! After that, I'm potentially receptive to estrogen myself!

I've been using them for about a week and i don't really feel any kind of change, i've been taking 1000mg (4pills) daily. Also they are sold locally here, i mean, i bought it from a local seller so that's why i said it's like the only brand i could find. I meant that locally. For overseas Amazon don't really work. And i don't really know about other market sites.

I will order some tomorrow.
It says it's an extract, but does not have details on the strength of the extract (10:1 for example).
250mg is one capsule? And is that from 500mg or 1000mg of raw PM powder?
Is a serving (2 caps) a much greater dose than 500mg?

Got this now, took first capsule. It looks dark, like a grey-brown. Not the usualy white / cream I'm used to.
I will take 3 caps today, take 2 later.

It worked for me. I used both the cream and the caps. I find the Ainterol cream better but the Biovea caps are milder, thinner and cause less digestive issues. Also feels more credible.
