Howdy!

#1

Hey y'all, thought I'd stop lurking/leaving one-off comments and introduce myself.  Genetic male here.  I'm in my sixties, I am on the chubby side and recently have gotten a little bit of a gainer fetish, though I don't intend to carry that too far, but I like having a belly for the time being.  Been interested in spurring breast growth on and off for at least 30 years, probably started thinking about it in my late 20s, and for a time casually considered some sort of transition- that's all off the table now, because, Life.  Still, it occurs to me I'm old, kinda fat... oh, those happen to be risk factors for gyno.  Oh, no!  That would be a real shame.  Also I think some more chest would complement my little Winnie-The-Pooh I have going on.

So, here I am.  Not sure I'm ready to embark on serious efforts to enhance my breasts, but I'm... going to innocently do what I can to tip the scales my way.  I have fatty tissue, of course.  I think there's a little bit of ill-defined discery going on behind my nips, especially the right one.  My nipples themselves are fairly impressive, for years on and off I've pumped them, and at one time they were both pierced, though these days I only wear one in the right side- read into that what y'all will.  Ever since puberty I've been fascinated with my nips, though alas! I never got puberty titties, dammit.  Would have loved it at the time.

So anyway, I'm not really doing anything aggressive (yet).  No PM, BO, definitely no hormone creams or patches.  I'm going to start out gentle and with patience.  I have age and weight in my favor- going to start consuming more soy, dairy, resume my beer consumption as the economy allows.  Getting on a supplement kick- going to try hops for my insomnia (to stay off the Rx meds), taking saw palmetto now for prostate health, lavender oil for the calming effects in the evening.  All Plausible Deniability stuff to start off with.

Pretty sure my T levels ain't what they used to be- in my mid 50s, I went through a year of occasional hot flashes, and I do mean 'where is a snowbank I can throw myself into' hot flashes.  Not night sweats, not 'I'm hot', but out-of-nowhere any time of day 'OMG I'm going to spontaneously combust!'.  (Ironically, my other half never had a hot flash in her menopausal life, but then we've always joked I'm more girly than her).  Since then, while everything still works, things take more work, if you get me- and mornings aren't nearly so 'attentive' as they used to be.  So I'm thinking anything mildly anti-androgen, anything mildly phytoestrogen, just trying to nudge myself along so that if- horrors!- titties happen, I can look at doctor, spouse, and be like 'duh I dunno I just take this for that and that for this- do you think that....?  oh, no!  whatever will I do? I'll just have to deal with it...'

That kind of thing.  For now.  If I don't get skeered off by worries of clotting or something, I might dare to do PM or something in the future, but I'm not there yet.  Right now it's just gentler supplements and lots of lavender oil and lots of pumping- as I write this I'm smelling sweet and have vacuum cups on- a handy cupping kit we bought ages ago and don't use for anything, but I sure do enjoy serious breast/nipple play with them in my alone time.  So, we'll see what happens, and if nothing does or I lose patience, well I'll go from there.

You sound a lot like me a year ago. I added fenugreek and progesterone for prostate issues  Big Grin and adding all of the foods known for breast enlargement and low and behold I'm packing a nice pair of fully budded B cup boobies. I have to say, it's quite pleasant and a bit addictive.

Hey huckleberry!

Yeah, I've spent part of today already looking at Fenugreek- for prostate health, of course! Not entirely without reason - starting ain't an issue, but stopping sure is. Tired of that.  I'll use up my saw palmetto then switch over I think. Think I read both have mild anti clotting properties? Not sure about combining the two and I literally just bought the palmetto I'm not wasting it.

I've read at least one enthusiastic thread about lavender oil- I've added some drops of lavender essential oil to my shampoo, and I've already overdone it with my cupping kit- the (potential) girls are sore, sore, one side water blistered and red. I'll have to let that heal then ease back- I've always loved pumping and just went too far, liquid leached from me ran out of the cups when I removed them. Still, I kinda enjoy the soreness, even if they did get bruised up- and I don't bruise easily! Mixed myself up some more lavender in coconut oil, I use an old prescription pill bottle and added like sixty drops of lavender to it. Chest and scrotum- I've read here about scrotal skin being extra efficient for absorbency.

Anyway just yeah. Look up the plastic surgeon YouTubers and websites and if they say stay away from it, well that's what I'm going to be eating and drinking. Made a point of doing Asian today and got me the tofu, stuff like that. Try and sneak all the soy I can into my diet. Pop into the grocery store or dollar store and get me some whole milk or even half and half instead of a soft drink when I'm out driving, since the estrogens in dairy are going to be in the fat content. Don't see how that's terribly less healthy than nasty old HFCS calories anyway. Just little lifestyle changes and see if nature smiles my way.

Thanks for responding!

A few others I've added: Flax, both oil and ground seed, fennel seeds, green and spearmint teas, soy milk, organic Reishi and red clover. I'm impressed how much they've grown!

Thanks- Things to add to my list.  In stages.  I'm still trying to do as much reading as I can get in, and make sense of what seems more and more complicated, the more I read.

While I'd love to just order some estrogen and progesterone creams, that's not something I can cover with any sort of excuse, and my partner would on the one hand, be very amused if I got titties, but also very unamused if she thought I was intentionally growing titties.  I have to do this with supplements with other health benefits.

So I'm already taking my Saw Palmetto, Hops and Melatonin (does as good as Trazodone for sleep).  I'm using the heck out of Tea Tree and Lavender essential oils- a lot of spare moments massaging them into the potential girls- and I'm planning to add Fenugreek and White Peony.  Those both have a plethora of health benefits that I can use, quite apart from the slight chance I could actually trigger gynecomastia.

And then whole milk products, all the soy I can get hold of without attracting attention (we've spent too many years making fun of soy milk for me to bring it in the house now!), things like that.  The only medicine I take regularly is omeprazole- I'm going to try switching to cimetidine for a while, simply because while both have a vanishingly low risk of male breast growth as a side-effect, H2 antagonists have a much better chance than PPIs and I could probably do with a break on the PPI anyway.  That's one reason the doc in a box likes doing regular blood work on me, is long term PPI use.  So we'll go tagamet for a while.

Just a lot of little things, not taken to excess, in the hopes of triggering something.  Probably won't, but you never know.  I don't intend to add any more to this regimen for a while:
SP (at the supplement recommended dosage)
WP (ditto)
Fenugreek (ditto)
Hops (definitely ditto I have sleep issues and I need room to take a higher dose if insomnia returns)
Tea Tree and Lavender oils

If there are any contraindications that anyone knows of that combo, I'd like to hear them.  And I already know not to expect much- just this is my comfort level for now.  Just gentle nudging is all I'm able to do at this time.  I'll also add some of that list you put down- I've been thinking about switching to green tea, the spearmint has caught my eye before now although spearmint tea wasn't something that'd occurred to me.  The fennel and flax seem doable- as my budget allows, I can't do a whole lot of spending on stuff but I intend to do what I feel I can justify for other health benefits.

Soy milk- Lord help me, bringing soy milk in the house would be nearly as embarrassing as being caught with estrogen cream.  We don't even use margarine- we're a real butter, if it doesn't come from a tittie it's not milk household.  I'll have to stick with whole milk and hope for some of them fat-soluble moo-cow estrogens.  I may as well not come home if I were to bring soy milk past the doorway.

If I had my way about it, I'd be using the hormone creams, but I don't, so this is what I'm doing for now.  I think with my weight and belly, I can easily get away with a B-cup, and that's my goal.  I can hide those in plain sight and folks will just assume that it happened and not that it's intentional.  For years I've had fatty deposits up top, even when I was weighing a good deal less.  Measuring tape test says I'm already close to an A-cup, though you wouldn't think so to look at them- I don't trust myself with that method and think I'm really still very much in the AA range which doesn't say much.  Depending on how I take the measurements, I get anywhere from a half-inch to almost an inch difference on band/bust.  But that's mostly, if not all, pseudogynecomastia, and I badly want to start budding to the point of I know for sure it's actual breast tissue.  I really want them B cups.  I used to have my titties pieced, and my nipples are large and eternally perky- but it's time to get some firm meat behind them.

Howdy Jessi,
We're a lot alike. My wife would flip out if she knew I was working on breast enlargement so I  have to be careful with the supplements to avoid questions and she goes through the credit card receipts every nickel comes out of her pocket. She had a bit of a fit when she saw that I ordered a bra but I calmed her when I justified by saying my boobs bounce a lot and, like you, I have very large nipples that could use a bit of cover in the winter.

Look up male benefits for progesterone cream...I found that it's great for treating ED as well as enlarged prostate!   Big Grin

Good luck with the new project, brother!

Fortunately for me, I'm the one with the bulk of the money and she answers to me for card use, not the other way around. But still I do have to exercise money restraint, and I can't always be sure I'll intercept the packages. Ordering anything too outrageous is a crap shoot.

I've been looking up that Progesterone benefits based on what you said, thanks. But gosh I do find myself fantasizing about  bio-identical estrogen and progesterone creams. It's going to take restraint on my part to not run that gauntlet.

I've ordered my WP, I'll pause and see what seems best to go from there.
