I'm getting started!

#1

Hi! Up until this point I have owned two breast enlargement pumps (one I had to leave behind in my previous dorm room or a hasty moving back into my own floor at my parents' house!) and have been using them intermittently. At this point, feeling more confident about myself than before, I'm about to commit to a regular use of the breast pump in potential combination with other means for NBE. So, this is where I will post regular updates on the process and results. However, I do have some questions related to this and will post those, when they arise, in the relevant threads. I hope to be able to make photos at least every Saturday from now on. Smile

Thank you for reading.

Hello and congrats on sharing your progress! I have been interested in starting some pumping recently and look forward to seeing your results and insight on what works best for you. I am currently using supplements and massage techniques and have had a little progress over the last 3 months. Good luck on your journey!  Heart

Do you mean vacuum pumps or lactation pumps? Big Grin I wrote quite detailed guide on vacuum pumping which you can easily find. I have more than two thousand hours done on vacuum pumps and close to eight hundred on lacatation pumps, so I might be able to help answer some questions.

But the main points with vacuum pumps are following: Never overdo it, use moderate pressure. You don't want to get insane tissue damage like how some poeple have got from ridiculous overpumping. Discolouration and dome edge marks can take months to heal, don't get to that point. Consistency is key with your program and more hours you get in, more results you will see. Its better to keep steady hours each day than do a marathon in one day. Use a belt to keep the cups together, you don't want them pushing your armpits and the sensitive area where there are ton of nerves as that could at worst cause nerve damage. Noogleberry is hands down the best pump you can easily find, well worth the money. Smile

Well I ain't been started too long either.  Seems as if there's a crop of several of us starting about the same time!

I tend to overdo the pumping.  I have a cupping kit with different sized domes and I am a little too fond of cranking the vacuum up too much- my right breastish I gave myself some serious water blisters few weeks back and it's only just now healed enough that I can go back to pumping without bringing red spots back up.  I try to only do it a few minutes at a time- I'm not really in a position to spend long hours pumping, more's the pity because I know that's the best way to do it.

Have you started taking anything yet (not having read your other posts)?

No, I haven't taken anything yet due to health and cost concerns, as well as low availability (I'm from the Netherlands btw). Good luck to you too, and take your time.

Oh yeah okay.  Well let's see you did mention being a student, right?  Yeah don't reckon that's a synonym for 'money'.  But it'll come with time.  And also nature finds a way.

Are supplements and such tightly regulated there?  And does the Netherlands have their own rules, or is everything under an EU umbrella?

I don’t really know anything about regulations, but I think they mostly come from the EU.

Here's my first Saturday update!

So, I've this week started a routine of breast pumping at least once per day for 30 minutes during breakfast. I discovered during this process that the domes have a built-in airlock that allowed me to disconnect the pump while in use. In addition, I added an extra session on Friday in the afternoon. As you can see on the second photo I took, though this has no notable permanent effect yet, I do see a red ring around the perimeter of the domes which I noted disappeared in a couple of hours. This inicates an improved blood flow and feels generally very hopeful! As recommended, I am going to take 2 days off from this point (Sat and Sun) before starting next week.
