I can tell you a little about my program and what was recommended to me, I am not a physician just someone who spent 2 years on BO.
I started with 250 mg late afternoon and 250 before bed. = 500mg day
After a month I increased that by adding a 250 before bed for 500mg. = 750 day
After another month add 250 mg late afternoon beforebed stayed the same= 1000 mg day.
Month 3 I was tolerating it well so I added 1 late afternoon and one before bed. 250 each. = 1500 day
Month 4 I repeated the process.
From what I have read from others in the group 1600 mg a month has been considered optimal, I went a little higher than that for a year as my body tolerated it well and I am looking for a very feminine body.
I eventually leveled out to 1500 a day before switching to estradiol at the end of year 2. I have stopped BO fore the time being, in 3 months after I do my labs I will reevaluate adding BO.
It's been reported that progesterone cream on the breasts disrupts the development process so you may want to reevaluate where you apply that. I would apply it to my scrotum after about a year. I did use a BO based estrogen cream on my breasts and gonads, eventually on my face and under arms.
I also took iodine to boost metabolism for an increase in body temp, optimum is 98.6.
Other supplements: DHEA, D3 K2, selenium, 2 high protein shakes.
I didn't add any anti androgen to my program because Lotus reported that BO is also an anti androgen.
Remember it's a marathon not a sprint.
