How do I get both the same size? I love my breasts and they are still growing!

Most women don't even have identical breasts. Im pretty sure it's just all genetics. 

Maybe use a topical creams, pump, or massage the smaller one to hopefully increase the one that's lagging behind. But if that doesn't work surgery is the only answer for that.
