Granted, this is information that's been covered extensively here on BN, but it's also exciting to see more eyes on her research.

I tried to read the article and it was too much for my brain to absorb.

I recently explained and linked all topical ingredients I'm on right now. No science jargon, just what does which thing and where to get them. Sourcing isn't difficult mostly. Understanding the effects can get complicated, Lotus is awesome putting out the in depth science about it, I'm blunt with it and only explain the simplest way how it works.
You can get progesterone cream and DHEA from iHerb for example. They're US based so if you're around there its super easy. And they deliver to Europe too. Sourcing progesterone capsules is bit trickier as that goes to grey market HRT, but that's easy enough to find with a search or too. Check DIY sub reddits for MtF HRT for that.
Awww, Wee2er, someone has to dig up everything and leave nothing to guesswork.

Quick question; topical DHEA isn't available near me and I was wondering if I could mix DHEA 50 mg capsules with either coconut oil or progesterone cream for topical use?

Yes you can, get one which is micronised, it works perfectly mixed with cream or oil. I'm doing that, have been for quite some time, I dithced the overpriced ready made cream as the dosage was pathetic and it was super high priced. Getting micronised capsules really saved the day for me.

The ones I have are 25mg capsules. I have tried everything from 25mg to 100mg and it seems 75mg is the best, higher doesn't seem to make much of a difference. Lotus recommended 30mg twice a day but that was about the cream. So doing 50mg or 75mg hits close enough.
Make sure its micronised version, I'm not sure about the difference in absorbtion, but micronised one is guaranteed to absorb. The one I use has very fine powder, when mixed with the creams and oils, it just disappears in there. Nothing left in the morning so it absorbs really well. Micronised one should pass skin barrier on its own, but aiding it with something wont hurt. I've talked about this in quite some detail in my thread and Lotus has info on this stuff as well.

First application done! 50 mg mixed with progesterone cream. Looking forward to seeing some more growth. Thank you for the advice!

Thank you Stevenator, lol... i recently realized I've posted (on both forums) about 160 threads, seems kinda crazy I've yapped about growing boobs for over 11 years.
I appreciate the fact some people find what I post interesting.
