I think with time just about any NBE routine will help you with reducing erections and penis size but everyone is different and everyone reacts differently.
Only way you will know is to incorporate it into your routine and test it out.
No one here can give you a definitive answer that product A will give these results while product B will give those results, if that makes sense.
You have to be willing to commit yourself to a NBE routine for at least 3 to 6 months (which is were most people have said that they have started to see any kind of affects from using NBE). There are some people who see the results super quick and those who have done everything and struggle to see any results.
If you're asking, so you know if you should buy it or not, then I'd say start with a plan that's easy and simple to follow, where you can consistently do it everyday. Ainterol is a good brand, whether the oral pills or topical is creams is better than the other it's all personal option.
You said you used RR and saw no results? Where you using anything else with it? Or just RR by itself?
RR is one of the best anti androgens there is, I'd say top 3 easy. But if you used it by itself and didn't replace you your lowered testosterone with a estrogen source then any feminizing/sterilisation effects would potentially take extremely long.
Continue to use RR, incorporate a source of estrogen as in pm, bo, fenugreek etc.
Start at a low dose to access how your body reacts and build up slowly to the optimum dose for which ever you choose to use ( bo, pm, etc)
Give it to me, increase dose once a week or every other week depending on how you feel and how your body reacts.

I use my own home made extract/lotion, so I cannot answer about Ainterol specifically. My mix is strong enough that I have stopped taking PM orally, and apply topically 2x daily to most of my body.
I tried using PM topically my testicles, but stopped after less than 1 week due to not being able to get an erection and started getting testicle pain. It also darken the skin very quickly. If used on the penis consistently, it does seem to reduce flaccid size.
