My body hair growth has totally slowed down. Shaved my legs 5 days ago and have no need to even touch a razor for at least another 5 as far as I can tell by what's coming back. Has anyone else had a marked slow down and when did it happen for you?
I'm in month 4 taking 1500 mg BO and SP with it.

I have been on Hops 8pn, reishi and green tea extra for 4 years. Growth has been slow, but that it what I want. I no longer shave my legs. It is as if the hair on them stopped growing. If I remember correctly, it slowed after one year and by year 2 or 3 seems to have stopped. I was never a real hairy person. I still have chest and belly hair which I hate. I use an epilator for that.

Yes, BO slowed dowmy hair growth a little bit, sounds like it's doing better for you than it did for me. I used an epilator for about a year, that really stunted my hair growth but I started getting more and more ingrown hairs and I stopped but on estradiol my hair growth is similar to yours now.
I did love BO though.

Happy to hear that BO slows down body hair growth… I’m still with PM, but I will switch to BO when my budding is completed… I’m using IPL on all my body and hairs are practically disappeared with exception of the chest where I’ve white hairs, so IPL doesn’t work. On chest I use waxing and epilator…. So if BO can slow down hair chest growth it would be fantastic…

Although I had been on progynova for a while, so it is hard to be definitive, but I'd say it was more the BO that slowed down my hair growth.

It really seems to inhibit growth for me. Hopefully my head hair grows more lol. I'll keep you all posted!

Hi Sadm, manual instruction of IPL says that it’s not suitable for men beard, it can be used on women moustache and other sparse hair on face…

And after long while of taking PM, I have not experienced any hair growth slow down....
some units say yes some say no
but from what i know about IPL as long as the hair has enough pigment it should work (white/blonde basically don't work and even ginger can struggle)
the pigment absorbs light converting it to heat and burns the hair follicle damaging it but the face is a rather sensitive area so take it easy read LOTS of reviews and you should be good
but feel free to ignore me i fall squarely in the "knows just enough to be a problem" box
