I had to reset my password. I then went in my control panel after using the password I was emailed, and tried to change it but it would not let me. It gave me an error that they password was not correct. It had to be correct, I copied it from the email and pasted it. 

Can someone help me?

I tried resetting my own password just now (through the control panel) and it worked OK.

Perhaps it's not working for you with the paste. Try typing in the password instead and see if that works.

I tried that and it didn't work. So I reset my password again. Then I was able to change it to the password that I wanted. I am not sure what I was doing wrong.
