Hi, 27 M here... I have been browsing quite a bit, decided it was finally time to open up, say hi, etc. Been working on this for a while, not sure if I've gotten progress or not, but remaining hopeful, hopefully some answers can be given at times. I lost track of my size, but iirc, I was at 52DD or so... Hoping not just to get larger (doubtful as that feels right now), but also for lactation. I've had clear discharge from my nipples (amount actually increased over repeated milkings with a pump), I felt what I was told was a let-down reflex, have had itchy nipples and breasts, some slight breast tenderness at times. Main thing I'm unsure about is if I have the glandular tissues.
