Hi everyone, as I already wrote on my personal program thread, I’ve recently switched from PM to BO after that my budding is almost completed.
I think I’m actually on a Tanner Stage 3, my breast is small but I feel it pleasantly full.
So I think it’s time to start with progesterone cream to make it rounded…
And here start my confusion… I’ve read a lot on various threads, and with my poor English I’m not able to understand what is the best way to use Progesterone cream…
It must be used one or more times a day ?
Apply it everyday or cycling it ?
Can it help with chest hair reduction ?
Can it be useful on hips and butt too ?
Added questions:
Is DHEA cream necessary and/or recommended/complementary ?
What best encourages areaola’s enlarging ? Progesterone, DHEA or both ?
I think I will go with Biovea…
Thanks in advance to all…

Hi Marica,
I only know a little about progesterone cream but can answer some of your questions:
It must be used one or more times a day ? Once a day is recommended.
Apply it everyday or cycling it ? You can apply every day. Some people cycle it, stopping for a week after they run out, then start again after the week is up. There's nothing that shows this either increases or decreases effectiveness.
Can it help with chest hair reduction ? I have not heard it has, maybe check some of the progesterone cream threads.
Can it be useful on hips and butt too ? I have used it there, but I don't know if it helped or not.
Hope this helped a little.

Thanks a lot Tomi for the answers
. Reading Lara’s posts It seems to me to remember that she wrote something about hair chest reduction if I’m not mistaken… It would be fantastic.

I have never had hair on my chest so it's not something I ever thought of, but that would be nice if it helps you out with that. I know it's bad enough I have to shave quads every few days, estradiol has really helped slow down hair growth

You can use it daily. DHEA and progesterone combined are the basis of the topical protocol. DHEA creams are usually expensive, but they can be replaced cheaper and to reach a higher dose easily with micronised capsules, obviously opening the capsule and mixing the powder with something else. It absorbs really well when mixed with like progesterone cream or DMSO cream.
DHEA helps to reverse breast atropy, it elevates local estrogen levels and more. Its quite amazing when used topically.
Topical progesterone is amazing on reducing body hair because its really good local DHT blocker. I noticed this way before HRT when I first time tried topical prog.

Thanks a lot Lara for the explanation

I can't answer directly about DHEA w/o doing research, but I know Progesterone & Red Clover Extract are good for this.

My lower body has ballooned quiet a bit since I started to apply extra topical concoction on my hips and butt. I have a lot of ingredients which make so much its easily enough. Also Lotus did mention that DHEA might help growing more voluptous butt, so there's that too. Its buried in her thread somewhere.
Anyway, I'm yet to come out with measurements, but the topicals work on other places too, I'm convinced already. So there's that, you can use the same mix of ingredients on your boobs and wipe off any extra and apply on hips. Wont lose you anything to try.

I'm a topical convert wanting a more feminised lower half, so current regime applied to hips, butt, thighs (any leftover goes on my breasts LOL):
- Spritz and cleanse area with witch hazel to get rid of excess oils, dirt etc
- liberal application of aloe vera gel
- apply the following mix:
- 100mg of micronised DHEA
- 10 drops of RC (neutralises the cayenne heat so dont put too much in)
- dropper full of cayenne mixed with BO (1 bottle of cayenne with the powder from 15 BO capsules)
Certainly feels like its doing things

Wee2er,
If I wasn't so lazy I would try that, it sounds awesome. Let me know how it works, I get motivated to mix some up
