Hello BO by Ian

#1

So, Bye to HRT and hello to Bovine Ovary

I have ordered off Swanson's 2 Bottles of Swanson, Ovarian Glandular and 1 bottle of Kelp, should arrive week commencing 25 November.

Today I received a bottle of Red Reishi off Amazon.

So any advice is welcome, already had good advice off Wee2er (thanks) but I am a glutton for advice.

I attach 2 photos taken today showing poor results of my HRT journey, I think it was down to Eden new Life who would not give me AA, so based upon members comments I hope I get somewhere.

Love to all

Well arrived at last, I bought these of iHerb, took a bit longer to arrive due to forthcoming festive season, cost me £26.67 that includes delivery charges which for these three items IMO is a good deal.

Will start Friday 29 November, the Kelp says one capsule per day and the BO, I will just take one a day for now and see how things get on unless someone has any advice and wishes to correct me.

Obviously will give you all updates as things go on.

Hi! It seems to me that 1 capsule is very small. I take 6 caps  a day + kelp + gaba + multivitamins + omega 3 + calcium citrate. 2+ months. What happened during this time? A slight accumulation of fat on the boobs. That's all. It is clear that the process is long, but something tells me that there will be no breast development. Only the decoration is made of fat. I won't say anything, but that's what it is at the moment. I recently added 2 capsules of FG, but it didn't seem to help, so I canceled it.

Let the BO journey begin Smile

Start off low dose and work up from there and remember, listen to your body.

Good luck Smile

Hi folks,

I think 6 a day is far to much at my age and just starting with BO, I do not want to overload my system, previous issues with PM has taught me that.

I am going to take two capsules a day, both in the morning and see how things get on, I will stay on this routine for a least a month then up the dose by one.

I am taking Kelp onece a day as per suppliers instructions.

Regards

I agree, of course. It's better to start slowly. I just meant that BO is not PM and is more harmless. Therefore, the dose may be higher. Vitamin supplements will also be useful.

I think a decent multi-vitamin is a good edition for all, especially targeted ones say for over 50s etc.
But yes, start low and see how you go.

Hi All,

I have been reading the BO needs a high body temperature to work effectively, so I bought Swandon Kelp suppliment at a ratio of 225 mcg.

I have a natural low body temp of 36.1 - 36.2C which is 96.98 - 97.16F so as bottle instructions, I am taking 1 a day to raise it , would that work

I am taking Swanson BO 2 a day in the morning before breakfast, I will up it after about 3 weeks subject to reactions, when members started how did you find it.

Thanks
Ian

I read about that to and did consider it, but as I'm always hot I just presumed my temp was high(ish) however, I've never measured it.
From what I can gather, body temp is sometimes an issue, but other times not, so like lots of this stuff its trial and error as we are all different.

The only way of knowing for sure would be to do say 2months on BO only to get your body used to it, then do the same time frame with kelp and monitor the results, or better still monitor how you feel.

Good luck with the new regime.

It's best to take BO before bed if you are taking once a day, as estrogen production is best when we are sleeping, also a high protein diet is suggested to help with hormone building block production. Kelp is good, also DHEA and or L Tyrosine help, both are supplements that are easily used by the body. BO can be taxing on the liver in large amounts. If you go to 1000 mg or more a day I suggest adding milk thistle, it's a liver detoxifier and Anti androgen.

Sounds like you have a good program.
