From what I've read I'm very attracted to what vitex does and I'll be taking it for eight months to a year, 400mg twice a day. I want to know what estrogenic herbs I can take after. I'm thinking fenugreek, anise and fennel, is there anything else stronger than these, besides pueraria mirifica?
