Hi
Following the anti-trans agenda of the new administration, and the deletion and rewording of the contents of the CDC and other gov websites, how do we feel about this here?
I don't know the geographical distribution of the visitors to this forum, but surely have some from the USA. US politics have a way of affecting us in the UK and EU.
I was.... considering ordering some Estradiol cream from the US, but given all the anti-trans sentiment and the trade tariffs, not likely to order now.
Ainterol is Thailand, correct, not USA? Barlowes is USA?
Anything we need to have archived, such as this forum and the sister forum BreastNexus, "just in case"?

Trans women in the US are like Jews in Germany in 1933 right now. I'm not joking, it is extremely scary alarming shit that shouldn't be happening.
My advicer is to go full DIY, right NOW! No delays! source everything you need and do it NOW! Not just medical needs either. For anybody in Europe, stock up on HRT NOW, today, tomorrow, soon. Get what ever is possible, with estradiol, stock up on injectables or get raws and homebrew, that stuff lasts easily for years in good condition. Ready made ones in Castor oil last +5 years, in MTC oil over +8 years. Prog lasts about a year, blockers are near forever. Stock up now!
Also if you're friends with any trans people, time to help them and be the ally is right now. We're being removed from public consciousness, the online purge is a modern day book burnings. We know what happens after that right? Now is high time all cis allies out there actually stand by our side as there might be no other chance if shit gets real in a bad way. Taking away trans rights kicks doors wide open for removing even more rights, minority rights in general are under serious threat. immigrants too, and all women, every single one of us.
What concerns me personally is that the tariff war might make it so that prices of iHerb stuffs will go sky high and that is effectively end of my NBE efforts. I'm stocking up like crazy not just on supplements but on HRT in what ever way I can. Some items I really absolutely like to have are sourced from USA only, there is no other source.
If things go really bad and something makes prices skyrocket, my NBE program will simplify a lot and I'm forced on rationing bunhc of things. HTR is largely uneffected as that's sourced elsewhere. Still making preparations for lasting for years without help is my plan. I'm on the other side of the planet, but I started this preparation already years ago as I saw this coming, writing has been on the wall for a long time.
Trans people knew, warnings have been sounded for about ten years. No one listened.

My home in the USA happens to be in South Orange County with most of my work in Laguna Beach. This town is well known for Gay Bars, Art Galleries and the one Hospital in Orange County that does the most transitioning top and bottom surgeries. Many of the folks I met in the DBSA (Depression Bipolar Support Association) support groups at the hospital are like me artists transitioning to their best selves. I seem to be one of the more successful nonbinary members and they always ask me how to get into festivals, galleries and how to publish your works. Getting meds and supplements has been difficult sometimes. I get them by mail but I have gone to Tijuana Baja California Mexico for meds and supplements possibly surgery.

IMO I think the media makes things worse. Recently went to a restaurant and the hostess (young)seating people was in the process of transitioning and I did not see anyone making a big deal about it. I find most people are accepting and it is the media that focuses on the fringe non accepting people.

Hi Ninja,
This is not a political site so as a general personal rule I steer clear of the subject, but since the subject of my country came up I will chime in and this will be all I have to say.
I live in the USA, have a daughter that is transitioning, mtf, and I live across the country in a very conservative area. I believe you are correct, no one really cares, the media is the driver of division.
Trump's policy on transgender is very simple, stop transitioning for any child under the age of 18.
Stop letting mtf transgender compete in women's sports, while they are taking E and othe transitioning hormones they still have more muscle mass than a biologically born female, which is why transgender girls dominate women's college sports. We enacted title 9 years ago so women could compete against other women, then they had that taken away by our last administration.
This administration has no intention on stopping adults from taking hormones prescribed by their physician or stopping transgender care, they are just stopping the government from paying for it, with the exception of government employees health care, which is covered under insurance policies.
So no I am not scared, my daughter is not scared. I am sorry our media and some politicians are sewing this division in America.

Transphobic bias there. The sports "problem" is so totally made up non issue if there is one, another is bathroom "problem". Why are these a problem in the USA but almost nowhere else?
The transphobic bias about some made up unfair advantage doesn't really exist. Any idea what HRT does to muscle mass? That's right, it diminishes to approximately 70% of what it was before transition. That's not any "unfair advantage". I can tell from my personal experience that I'm far far weaker than before transition and its visibly obvious too. Also trans people in sports is absolutely super mega tiny little blip it shouldn't matter a fucking thing.
rump is enacting project 2025 "concept of a plan", trans people have no place in that plan. We're being erased, its a fact. Naysaying wont stop it. I bet no one will even stand by ouer side, just blind eye us under the bus like its nobody's problem. That's right, BN is not a political forum, but our existence shouldn't be political chess piece either! We cannot be made to not exist by some orange fucktard bouncing around like a marionette as jesusnazis pull his strings. Trans people are not political, our existence is not political but were being legistlated out of existence right now.
I'm safe, I'm on the other side of the planet in somewhat civilised country, pop corn ready to watch all this shitshow to go down. Reason to worry is very real. And trans kids are first to be sacrificed like always, "think about the children". Just like in Finland where kids are left with ZERO help. They're forced to suffer. Now same shit in the US as a political decision while these matters should be about medical care. Also self determination, how can any political nazi clown just decide things for us? How can any cis people decide for us? They do not define us, we do. Trans people cannot be declared away.
I hope I don't have to repeat myself any more. I know this thread will turn ugly if I dare to speak out more. Its not my fight to take, I'm not US American. But I stand by to offer help to any trans refugees heading our way.

I agree with most of you here, scare tatics just all the time to get you to click and watch more, buy more, dont buy or you will be in trouble, etc. The last like 12 years has gotten worse but at the end of the day nothing on the news has happened.
No changes in Michigan and I don't think there will be. Times are interesting for sure, but i am continuing to figure out how to get hrt through amazing4health. Watching a video to figure how to setup a WISE account now.
No one is going to stop these boobs but me lol.

If there's one thing I've learned over the last 10+ years is that Politics is Theater.
My physical ability for constant political outrage has wained tremendously over that decade, too. I'm tired of the constant agitation.
I've tuned out the hair on fire talking heads & knee jerk reaction speculators. It's always might maybe possibly could happen in two more weeks nonsense.
