I have a consultation with my plastic surgeon in April. Going to start the process of going from 600cc to 800cc possibly bigger. Thought?

I think that's an great idea!  If you have the room, go for the largest implants you can.  My dear Trans friend recently went from 800 to 925cc and she looks great and is extremely happy with the bump-up in size.  At 800cc, you're starting to get into the larger titty sizes, and I believe that you're like me and would like to have your breasts be as large as possible, so IMO, go for it!  I think the only regret that you'd have is if you didn't go as large as you'd like to. 

My own plans for augmentation got a little off course, but hopefully are now back on track with a new PS.  We've discussed and he agrees that we're going to go with the largest silicone implants that he can possibly fit, which will be at least 750cc, and hopefully 900+cc.

Yes, today in the U.S., 800 is the max silicone implant, but larger sizes are available outside of the U.S.

But Mentor recently got FDA approval for larger silicone implants (up to about1450cc)which should be available very shortly.

It's kind of your only option if you're really interested in going larger.  An additional 100cc to 700 really isn't going to make much of a difference, so you'll want to make enough of a jump in size to justify the cost and discomfort of a new augmentation, so 800cc is option.

It was my understanding that 800 isn't the largest any more as there are many places that advertise XXL sizes.  I think I've seen as high as 1600 or 1800cc?  Or is it just males that are limited to 800 now?

Until recently 800cc was the largest silicone implant size available in the U.S.  Mentor recently got FDA approval for their new XL implants which run from 930cc to 1445cc.  They should be available very soon, if not already.  Outside of the U.S. silicone implants larger than 800cc have been available for quite a while.
