Newbie questions: PM + Fenugreek together?

Just starting out on a feminization/sissy journey. I'm looking to get a slightly more feminine figure with some small breast growth, e.g. a modest A cup. I'm 6' and weigh 75kg, 36" chest right now.

After some reading around the new, reddit and various research I'm trying the following regime based on suggestions I found in threads from others:
  • Pueraria Mirifica, 500mg 2x/day. From Pueraria UK eBay shop (same as pueraria.co.uk I believe)
  • Fenugreek, 2400mg (33:1 extract) 2x/day. Horbaach brand from Amazon
  • Reishi Mushroom, 4000mg (15:1 extract), 2x/day. New Leaf brand from Amazon
I also enjoy a few cups of Green or Twinings Spearmint+Licorice Tea.
Started just over a week ago, initially 1x 500mg PM capsule for the first 5 days, before ramping up to 2x and introducing the Fenugreek and Reichi. No noticeable changes just yet, but early days I guess.

Questions:
Is the PM + Fenugreek combo a good plan, or should I stick to the PM alone?
Is my source of PM reputable? Any better choices for someone in the UK?
Are my doses reasonable?
Any other advice?

After reading around on here more, it seems like this PM + FG combo together is not recommended. I've now dropped the FG, and will stick with just the PM + Reisha. I had picked up the suggestion of taking this combo from a thread on Reddit from someone reporting good success which I decided to follow. Maybe not the best plan.

Either way, I'm 1.5 weeks in, not really noticed much difference yet, but still very early days. Possibly a little plumpness to my breasts, but I could be imagining that!

Changes will take weeks / months / years, it's a slow process, especially if you are on just herbs.

I took pueraria.co.uk when I started and thought it was OK ish, just seemed to give me small empty and shapeless breasts, basically bigger man boobs! I only started to develop proper boobs with fullness and shape once I started on E. Also, just be mindful of PM and DVT, there is lots of users on here that have suffered  PM related DVT, it is a killer so do listen to your body!

The sissy aspect that you are after doesn't interest me one iota, but I am after lower half curves to match my curves up top and have found topical regime to be really good. I'd highly recommend checking out the topical regimes a lot of us are on as it really does help.

Exercise is really good for lower half feminisation to, so check out all the lovely ladies on YouTube for legs, bums and tums/feminisation exercises, try a few and find one that works for you, as again these do help.
