In light of recent events in the USA, how do you perceive the impact of political and social climate on the accessibility of PM and other substances? Are there specific changes you anticipate, or do you believe there’s a growing resistance affecting supply chains?

As far as I understand, you may have to pay for a fee when importing from abroad into the USA. I don't think this will stop parcels from arriving, but you will likely have to pay a percentage of the price in taxes, and maybe some handling fees. This has more to do with the tariffs than with the anti-trans craze sweeping through the USA.
On the side of actual pharma meds, I think that FOR NOW nothing has changed for legit medications obtained through a pharmacy or hospital, but Trump has said that he will soon introduce tariffs for medicines, so you can probably expect delays and price hikes for medicines in general in the short term.

Other implications too - anyone ordering Barlowe's PM from outside the US might get stopped or have large import charges.

Most countries still allow low-value parcels to get through without tariffs, regardless of where they are from (i.e. in the UK the value that gets through for free if anything below £135). So buying FROM the States should not change in most countries.
Ainterol is American but they frequently ship directly from Thailand. Depending on where you are and where they ship from, fees may change.

Either that's not true anymore (for imports into the UK), or I got ripped off from a well known factory seller in China / DHL.
Was under £135, but still got charged about £30 in import fees.

I just received £100 worth of meds from Vanuatu and paid nothing. The value on the box is declared correctly.
Maybe they do random checks and you were unlucky?

There has been no change in the £135 customs limit here in the UK, although there is growing momentum to scrap it from various mostly clothing retailers but as yet it's only noise and no action.
Sounds like the customs paperwork declaration was wrong, probably marked as 'gift' or the VAT declaration was wrong, if so you'll have been charged the VAT.

So far Ainterol deliveries from Tailand to US is the same time and price, roughly 30 days from order to delivery via the basic priority USPS.  Almost all of the time was in customs.  Ainterol does a good job of sending you emails on the shipments.

Barlowes for me comes from Florida and takes about 2-3 days from oder to door step.
 
I have been leaning towards Ainterol these days because it seems to have same potency, but you get 100 (500 mg) vs 60 (550 mg) with barlowes.  You just have to plan for the longer wait time.
