Pg. cream for testicles

#1

Hello. I would like to ask those with experience whether regular application of bioidentical PG cream to the testicles shrinks them? Unfortunately, I have severe dysphoria and I would like my erection to disappear permanently. Or is there another option?

I don't know about topical application, but conventional HRT does cause shrinkage over time. That's probably your best bet and its almost guaranteed. Same with erections, HRT without practice to keep it functional will make eretions disappear as well. Note that both size and shape will change quite dramatically. After enough years on HRT you wont look "male" as much down there either and function is very different, so it sensitivity.

Pre/non op trans female genitals are not the same as what men have after enough time. Who would have thought?  Wink

So there's your answer, conventional HRT aiming at female hormone balance.

Thank you very much.  Heart Heart Heart  Surgery is not an option, so I am looking for a DIY solution, which would be good if it were permanent or permanent. Medical help is also quite limited where I live. I have not found a source for medication either.

There's always a way to figure out DIY medication. Search for HRTcafe to find some links and go to Reddit, ask about sources on r/diyhrt and r/estrogel

There are people over there who are well in the know and willing to help if you just ask. Its a bit of a hassle to arrange HRT on your own, but its doable in almost every part of the world if you just put in the effort. Believe me its well worth it if you really need it, also injectables are very cheap.

Great thing about  HRT is that it will change far more than people usually know of, including genitals, lets say it goes from being annoying to bit more manageable at least. Its not a complete cure for bottom dysphoria, but helps a lot.

I've read a little more about it, and since I've had DVT before, I don't dare take the risk. Is there another option? Please help.I'm quite frustrated.  Crying

Conventional HRT does not elevate your blood clot risk much at all, as long as estrogens are taken transdermally or by injection. Oral estradiol might elevate blood clotting risk as it goes through liver metabolism almost completely, but that's nothing compared to old school synthetic estrogens. The stuff we take is bioidentical, the risks aren't usually anything alarming. Oral progesterone does thicken blood to some extent from what I understand, I'm not certain about other methods.

Most likely you're scared of nothing if you go on HRT done with the methods I mentioned. There is no other alternative really, there's HRT and then there's surgery and that's pretty much it. Maybe you should consult a doctor about this? Although they're often mistaken about the blood clot risks as a lot of them have very outdated information on feminising HRT methods.

I'm no doctor, but I do know that patches, gel and injection and to an extent, sublingual/buccal pills are quite safe on this regard.

What I've noticed, being on regular MTF HRT for almost 7 years, and doing some NBE supplements in the last two, is that if you use AA's (Spiro, Bica, Cipro, NBE supplements, etc.) your testicles will shrink the most.  If you are doing montherapy E (taking enough E so that it alone lowers your T levels to that of a cis woman) they won't shrink as much.  With an AA, my testicles got down to about 1/3 pre-HRT size, without an AA, they only shrank to about 1/2 pre-HRT size.

thank you! In your opinion, can estrogen gel+RR capsule be effective? Should I apply it to my breasts or arms? (or maybe genitals?)

If you're using estrogel as primary HRT method, then I suggest aplying on lower tummy, hips and inner thighs probably. Not on boobs on its own, only as part of the topical protocol with DHEA and Prog. RR is good for lowering DHT but it wont touch free T levels much if at all.

If you're on gel only, I advice to get some type of actual pharma T blocker on the side. I don't know how much it would take to use gel as monotherapy.

Estrogel + RR combo is good, but I can't say if its really sufficient enough without a blocker.

Thank you  Heart Currently I am taking "only" 1250 mg. BO and 1000 mg. Reishi per day, divided into 2 parts, which causes my libido to be almost zero. That's why I thought that estrogen gel + Reishi might be effective.
