I would like advice.

I've been on this routine for 3 months:

morning: 500 mg. Reishi (40%) psa. +750 mg. swanson bovine ovary
evening: 500 mg. Reishi+ 750 mg bovine ovary 
Unfortunately, apart from the loss of libido (which I don't regret), I didn't experience too many changes.
Do you think it's okay to increase the dose of reishi? Or should I change the timing? I don't want to add any other supplements unless I have to.

Hi kcsab,
It depends on your goals as Reishi drops your DHT, and BO increases estrogen.
So if you want to lower your DHT to reduce male pattern baldness or libido then increase the RR, whereas if you want to increase feminisation increase BO.
But always listen to your body.

Hi wee2er! Thank you very much for your answer. Yes, my goal is to reduce DHT and increase breasts. In your opinion, can I take RR (500 mg., with 40% psa active ingredient) 3 capsules a day? (morning-noon-evening) Also, if I limit the intake of BO to the afternoon and before bedtime, will that work?

Szia wee2er! Nagyon szépen köszönöm a válaszod. Igen, a célom a DHT csökkentése és a mellek növelése. Véleményed szerint szedhetek napi 3 kapszulát RR-ből (500 mg, 40% PSA hatóanyaggal)? (reggel-dél-este)? Valamint, ha délutánra és lefekvés előttre korlátozom a BO bevitelét, az működni fog?

Csatoltam egy fotót a jelenlegi állapotomról. Sajnos nincs látható javulás.  Crying

You'll have to have a good read through the threads and see what others are/have taking, then decide what is right for you. Some people seem to tolerate quite high doses of RR/BO, but be wary of stressing your liver!

Then as mentioned before, you need to listen to your body to know if it's right or wrong.

It sounds like the RR is working well, lower libido etc, so you might not need more RR, but only blood tests can tell you that.

Maybe BO is slow working for you, it is certainly slow for me, or you you might be one of the unlucky ones where BO doesn't work at all.

Also, consider that 3-months is not a very long at all.

thank you Heart Heart . I just switched in the morning; 1 RR., at noon: 1RR, in the afternoon: 750 mg.BO, at bedtime: 750 mg.BO + 1 RR. I'll see. I love this community, I'm glad to be here. Heart

Hi kcsab,
Looking at your were very similar to mine.

At peak dosage I was taking 2000mg BO at 5pm and 2000mg at bedtime. That's well beyond the recommended dosage but I tolerated it well, of course I gradually moved up to that over a matter of months gradually increase from 500 mg a day over 12 months. I would not recommend starting at 2000 mg, and more isn't necessarily better, Istayed at a high dose for a year and then tapered off over the next 6 months then switchedto Estradiol. I did not take any RR.

One thing to remember it's is a marathon not a sprint, it could be up to a year before you notice and noticeable changes. Best of luck with your progress.

I don't want to increase the dose any further than I'm currently taking. If this doesn't work, I'll have to accept my fate, as I can't get anything more serious without a prescription, no matter how much I want to transition. I can't do it where I live.

For what it’s worth, what has worked for me is a more complete approach. The mornings start off with multi vitamins and kelp supplement to keep my body temp above 98.2 (seems that BO requires it) along with White Peony. It works better for me than RR. I also take Estro-8pn hops supplement to boost my transition. I also massage a bit of wild yam cream with a drop or two of Volufiline on my girls every morning and night.

Now, at 4:30, I take 1000 mg BO and again right before bed. About 9:30.

I have a 37” band and a 40.5” bust. Also to note…after 6 months I’ve have quite a bit of shrinkage and erections are difficult and even harder to maintain. The program works, but not as well as traditional GAHT, which I prefer, but can be difficult to come by.
