Hi everyone, I’m new here and have learned a lot so far, I have been taking 500mg of PM in the morning and 500 mg of RR at the same time, then again after dinner at at aprox 6:00. I’ve been doing this for 4 months and have had growth/soreness for 1 month. I was thinking about adding WP but am not sure if this is a good idea or not. I suppose what I’m looking for more than anything else is advise.

Hi Deb,
WP will help a little, but the biggest change I would make is to take 1000mg Pm morning and night.
You have been on PM for awhile and your body seems to be OK with it, so the increase is in order.
Also start adding 500mg Calcium per day. PM suck the calcium out of your body, and you might notice some unusual aches popping up.

Thank you so much Bobbi, I will increase my PM intake by 500 mg at night for a week or so and then increase my morning intake as well. I’ve just seen so many things that WP seems to help with so at this point, I’m more or less cautiously optimistic. I am starting this very late in life after having dysphoria for As far back as I can remember and this has really been helping. I have been reading here and have learned quite a bit because I didn’t want to go into this blindly. Any help that anyone can give me is greatly appreciated as I don’t want to mess up.
