As this covers two methods I thought I would put it on the general thread. Without going into too much detail I was aksed a question about BO and PM.

Q. Why can't you take both at the same time, one is a phytoestrogen one is not, well I replied I am not sure, but I cannot find the answer on here, so I will ask the good member on BN
