I have a number of questions. I have never told anyone my story before but I am like many here that have always wanted female breasts. I want to stay as anonymous as possible I guess as this is really hard for me. I have always felt they were missing from me.
My wife doesn't know anything about this and I don't think i want to tell her just yet. I have joked about wanting breasts but i believe she took it as just that. I have had this feeling since i was probably around the age of 14. I have had numerous dreams of it and when I am with my wife i think of it often as well.
In searching online i came across this form and it looked to be a good active place to ask some of my questions.
A little about me. I am 33 years old. 170lbs about 6ft tall. I am fit as a fiddle and run a lot and lift weights on average of about 2 times per week. I am married and have one son and would like more children.
I started taking Saw Palmetto only a week or so ago. My thought was, maybe this will work for me, maybe not and if not, it has benefits of being good for the prostate. What i bought i got from walgreens. Natures Bounty I believe it is in liquid gel form. it says to take 2 a day and I believe they were 160mg. I was confused in there as one bottle was 450mg in a powder form and to it said to take 3-5 times. Which is better? How much do you take if you are hoping for breast growth as well? I looked at Red Clover as well but thought I had better probe here first to see what people thought first.
As i mentioned, i would like additional children as well so what I do i don't want to hinder any sort of reproduction issues as this time in my life. That being are there any options?
My next question is, there are a number of males on here stating they are having progress. excuse my ignorance and I hope offense isn't taken here, but what sort of progress are we talking about? My hopes would be to be a c I think. (Ignorance again but I don't know what an a or b really would mean to me. ) I say c because that is what my wife is. Does anyone have pictures of progress? I know Cheryl1989 has 3 pictures of the progress so far, which by the way would be my dream to have it work as well as it did for you Cheryl1989, but I would really like to see what it is like from the start to where you are currently if that is possible? That way I might know what to expect to some degree. My fear is that male breasts for most are small bumps. If that is what this would amount to I would need to pursue other means I think. Cheryl1989 were the only pictures I saw of a males progress here and as i mentioned, if that is what I can expect, sign me up! Any other pictures of progress out there? Any help here would be wonderful.
Also, Cheryl1989 mentioned that his sister and mother are big busted, mine are not. I don't know if this would affect me in any way or have a negative impact on me as well?
I will leave it at that. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. I kind of feel a little weight off of my back. Now just to hit the post button right.

Hi honey, welcome to the forum, all my development is not due to just NBE, i had a hormone condition which meant i had very little testosterone, now this was brought on by taking bovine overy but it would still have happened to me later in life. But the NBE did cause alot of my development and even my gender specialist is quite suprised how it has effected me but even as a male i had some female characteristics, small hands and quite small feet, i was quite short height wise for a man and i had always struggled to build muscle so my specialist believes i never completed my puberty properly due to having a testicle removed when i was 14. So there are many factors to why i have had such results and i feel i have been incredibly lucky, even transexuals taking medical hormones, Only 33% of them reach full development and 28% have almost no development. Its hard to say if you will develop any substancial breasts, as it is with any of the women doing NBE its trial and error and finding whats right and what works. If you do start to grow breasts then your wife will notice, the first thing i noticed was my nipples enlarging alot and even this will be noticed by your wife as mine where huge and swollen and bright red, it was only a few months ago that my nipples actually settled down and shrunk a little and changed to a lighter brown colour. So its hard hun to know what will effect you, but your in the right place and people will be able to help but remember breasts are very hard to hide. Most of the methods in this forum should be safe enough to not effect your fertility or function and even if they did it would take years of very high doses to do it so dont worry there so my suggestion would be to make a routine and go for it and see if you get any results, it could take along time so be patiant. I did read about your condition and how that may have effected your outcome. If anything were to happen it seems as though the nipples are the first thing one will notice as you mention. I will keep my eye's pealed.

You mention a routine, I see so many routines it is hard to know what to pick and how much to take of what? As I mentioned in my original post it also seems that, with saw palmetto for example, dosages are different. This could be due to liquid or powder form i suppose but I am not sure. I know it probably varies but a base probably needs to be there for most doesn't it?

Thats ok honey there is nothing to forgive lol it happens, as far as saw palmetto goes, you will not get breast growth just from that alone, it will help lower your testosterone aswell as having health benifits for a man as in your prostate, but you will need to take somethng estrogen based like PM or progesterone based which is Bovine overy, that is what i used. Other herbs offer similier propertys but i do now know too much about them hun sorry. As far as a base goes i dont think there is as such, different amounts effect different people so again its trial an error i took saw palmetto for 5 months and i believe i was taking 600mg a day but it caused weight gain and cellulite for me and it turned it i did not need it anyway so i stopped it. But the first signs would be tenderness and maybe tingles and aches followed by swelling and small lumps behind your nipples which are breast buds. These will be very tender if not painfull for some time and they should slowly enlarge and grow, your nipples may enlarge or they may not, some transgender people grow quite large breasts but with little increase in there nipples or areola it just varies. So they are first signs to look out for hun and just to warn you growing breasts is quite painful and you might develop other lumps in your breasts, but dont worry they are just areas of breast tissue that are developing. I know there is alot to take in but just read as much as possible and you should come up with a good routine if you notice nothing after 3 months or so then try another routine or adding something to it its all trial and error honey. What Cheryl has said is absolutely right. If you get onto a regime that works, the first changes will be to your nipples, they will enlarge hugely and become permanently erect. I have grown to a small B cup and I definitely have a woman's chest, even without a bra and it is impossible to hide. You really need to think about your wife's reaction and whether you could live with boobs. In your present state of mind, I would not advise PM. It is the closest plant material to oestrogen and has a huge effect on mood and sex drive. That is one for the true transsexual.

One way to find out how life will be with breasts is to buy a bra in the size you want to be and a set of breast forms. Put them on and wear them all day. Then you will know what it will be like to have them. If you can't do the bra, then you can't do the breasts because after some development you will need that bra. This includes at work, at the parents house, the gym, and any other place you go. Do you like swimming? How about the next time you go to the beach? What do you wear to cover them or do you go topless? A long time ago a man with rather large breasts was ticketed on a beach for having his breasts exposed and the story made the newspapers. I don't swim anymore so its a non-issue for me. So try the bra. its temporary. NBE is not.

If anyone asks how long you have been wearing a bra, tell them ever since my wife found it in the car.....
