hey there

been reading this site for a little while and now have a few questions

i have been using evegen for around 6 weeks

started slow and now taking 6 tabs a day and have a knot developing behind my right nipple and it hurts when i bump it but damn it feels kinda good

nothing behind my other nipple so i do hope it catches up

i have also been using PM cream twice a day and rubbing that in but whether that works or not i'm not sure

i have also just started taking 1350mg SP a day and have also just started drinknig some whey protien

i started under bust 29 and over nipples 32
i am now 30 under bust and 33 over nipples

sometimes though depending i can be 33.5 over the nipples but i definately have a lump under my right nipple and its more 'out' than the other one

any thoughts from anyone would be very much appreciated
