I am wanting to order a NB and give it a try. I don't see any progress right now taking PM and SP. but my question is How long should a person keep the pressure on the breast? I have noticed quite a range of times posted in the various threads here but I didn't notice anything common among them. It would help in my decision to order or not. I would only have about 30 minutes a day at bedtime to use it. If that isn't enough no use spending the money. What do you think, 30 minutes once a day enough?

I certainly hope that 30 min is enough. It is about all of the time I have as well. On some days I can get in a little longer time and others I can get a second 30 min period in. Some days I miss nooging altogether. I try to skip as little as possible. I also try to pump my nipples at least 10 min every day when I can. I too am interested in the replys to this thread. I would think 30 min might be ok. I may be wrong. but I thought it was more about consistancy. Then how long you run your sessions. More is better with a noog. But, I believe even a little is better than nothing. Giving the tissues a pull regularly should help.

I guess we will see what the others think. Anastatia and several others here are on over at the noogleberry forum. Perhaps they will have a answer for us.

*First off, sorry for putting this in the wrong location. I thought I was on the male forum. Senior moment. Second, thanks for the reply. I think I am going to order the NB today. I got to looking at the PM I have and the bottle says it was distributed by Siriporn. If I remember right, they had a bad rep on the old forum. It says its a premium PM so its only 100 mg capsules. I am taking 3 per day and no effects noted at 2 months (had a 4 month break and trying to restart again) - but there are many variables here including age so not sure if I can blame the PM. However, the NB should work. My goal is simple. I want to put on a bra and fill the cups without my breasts entering the room before I do, if you know what I mean. A cup is fine if its full. In other words, no wrinkles in the cup like there are now. So the NB should be able to handle the little I still need.

Well at least you have definate goal in mind for the size you want. I warn you however, :-/ use of the NB can be habit forming. I get a comfort feeling when using the NB. Something about having the girls cupped and pulled feels great. And of course you need to watch out for the the booby greed gremlin. He is a cute furry little critter that slips up on you at night while sleeping. He wispers into your ear that you need to go bigger. They are impossible to catch. I got a picture of one slipping upon me once.

P.S. If you catch one. Don't feed it after midnight or get it wet. Bright light will kill it.

LMAO I love it! That is good advice. I will have to take it to heart, I have my NB on order and its on the way.... We shall see if I have a gremlin in the bedroom, too.

An update. I have had the NB for about a month now. I am making slight progress. When I posted above, I would have wrinkles in my bra when I put it on, especially the right cup. Now today I noticed that the cups are filling out pretty smooth. So I guess that I am nearly at my goal. but like Andy said, its habit forming. Last night I filled the large domes to the end, enough to plug the openings stopping the pumping. I started wondering how much the XL domes will cost me. Such is life on NBE. Hmmm, perhaps I could sell the large domes when the XL ones come in.... Blankety-blank gremlins!!!

Think it states noog should be used twice a day for 2 twenty min periods. Still undecided if i feel its working or not, as although i am an inch bigger (which i have been for quite a while now) i did do a big bike ride in June and since then, as my fitness has dropped i have put on weight, which might explain the boob growth. Agree with this booby greed, always said i wanted to be a B cup, but can imagine getting there and thinking "is that it, maybe a C would be better"

I would like to NB twice a day but it isn't practical. I only have the time for it when I go to bed. I try for 45 minutes to an hour each time but a minimum of 30 minutes.

Oh Dear. I would tell you how to get rid of the gremlins. But, I wish I hadn't ran mine off. Maybe he will make another try at me.
But, seriously, congrats on getting some good results with your noogs. I have allowed my NB program to lapse and I have to get back into the swing of things.
