Does the PM cream work fine on its own to help male grow breast or do we need a mix if herbs and cream? How long take see results as been on PM cream for a week and havent started to see results yet.

Sorry, but one week is far to short a time to see any results from anything!

On either PM capsules or the FG/WC/SP, etc, route, you can expect to be looking at around 3 or 4 months to see real results starting, although you may see some fat distribution changes after a few weeks.

I can't speak for PM cream on its own, but I added that in to my 'PM +SP capsules' routine ( which I've been on for almost 9 months) about ten days ago and I can't swear it has made any difference. There may be some firming up in the past few days, or that may just be a normal variation from the rest of it anyway.

Boob growth is a long slow process, taking at least a couple of years. It takes genetic females 3 or 4 years in their teens, and they have great advantages over us!

I use cream and can feel it when applied, ie nipples fluff and become awake, also days I use it breasts become sore as if things are going on,

My views are that when grown cream may be a good maintenance method, but all pm systems takes time,

Must admit surprised more people do not use it as topical creams are highly effective with most herbal applications, also sublingual methods, ie under tongue,

Mine are 7 weeks now and I can feel that jump stage coming ,

There are many threads debating all this and the best advice is to read them, because there is too much to put into one post here.
However to summarise:
1) First and foremost, nobody can tell you what to do, we are all different and react differently, so you need to experiment to find what works for you.
2) You probably need to take SP to keep the DHT under control.
3) It is generally reckoned that you either go with PM, or with the FG etc herbs, but don't mix them.
4) It's up to you whether to take PM capsules plus PM cream or one or other on its own. Again, nobody can tell you for sure what will happen with either route so you need to experiment, but any experiment needs to last for a couple of months to allow your body to acclimatise to whatever you have changed - unless you get some sort of bad reaction, in which case you stop immediately, of course. For example, I found out the hard way that if I take more than 4 x 450mg SP per day I get bad headaches, but others don't get that reaction.

From my experience, capsules are the most effective means of delivery and I have given up on anything else. As Pansy-Mae says, this is a very slow process. It took me about 16 months, to get to a position, where I had to dress, to try and conceal my boobs and now, after 30 months, my boobs are still growing; yet I still remain a 38B. The difference, in the last 8 months is, however, dramatic, in terms of how I look and how clothes fit me, while the majority of bras, of that size, do not work for me. What you must bare in mind is that PM is not just about boobs. When I wear a skirt (96% of the time as I find them so much more comfortabe, than trosers) it flares out from my waist, over my hips, because of the re-distribution of fat, but that has tken over 2 years to occur. I recently changed doctors and the new practice nurse has worked with transsexuals, in London, and assumed, from my appearance, that I was post op. So PM really works, given time. I think the most dramatic, early effect is mental, as your mind becomes femanised. It only took a few months, for all sene of maleness to go and to feel a very different person.

hi all, i'm new to this forum, so i introduce myself: i'm 49, very skinny and flat (and i mean very skinny and flat), never been much "macho", little body hair and so on, i'm not attracted by men, i actually love women, and even more women's body, since i was a kid, so much that i would like to have one ;-D since i can remember i was fashinated by women's dresses and underwear and liked to wear them, having some titties it's something i always have been desiring (putting it all together i think it is the so called autogynephilia), and when i heard about nbe and found this forum i said to myself ok, it's time to try to do it.

coming to this post, after reading and learning for some weeks i decided to go for PM spray, as i just want some growth above and limit "collateral effects".
i'm today entering the third week i'm using it (i bought the pueraria uk one) and, well, it seems it's really working!
before the first week ended my nipples started changing (well, i should say that i started to have some nipples, as before i just had two flat shirt buttons) and i was feeling some tingling in my breast area, on the fifth day, early in the morning, i felt like the breast wanted to "pop out", a sensation of tension of my skin, something really started to happen, from that point on breast and nipples soreness is coming and going, especially the nipples that are now more "steady" and pointing out, i would say more wakeful :-D

in short, i now have something i can "touch" with the palm of my hands, i can feel some gelly globes under my nipples and some little knots and ducts departing from these globes and everything seems to be puffy, now. on friday, after sprying an massaging, i could see in the mirror, with the abetting of lights and shadows, the shape of something like a teenager's growing titties and i was completely strucked and amazed.

this is to say that it is really something different from individual to individual

as for the side effects, at this time i just noticed my smell changed, as well as the skin is somehow getting smoother and my body hair seem to grow slowly, but i'm not sure about this, no fat redistribution, as there is not fat to redistribute... :-D while down below everything seems to work as usual, maybe even better, as my breast area and nipples are getting more sensitive and it's a pleasure to touch them

yes, stunning is the right term, when i decided to give the spray a try i was not so confident about it, but i had to change my opinion.

the nipples started reacting straightaway like you say, but in the first days they were still too flat to see something, now i i can hold them with my fingers and if even they are soring from time to time, i can enjoy fingering them, while before it was really annoying.

for the growth, maybe i'm seeing these results just because i'm so flat and skinny, it's easier to see anything... ;-)

must say i'm very proud and enthusiastic about what's going on!!! i'll keep you updated
