So I went ahead and ordered Maca along with my progestorone cream this time.

I read through the forums a bit but opinions about dosages seem to vary wildly.

Those of you who take maca, how much do you take, and for how many days in a given month?

I find the capsules a bit expensive for what is basically a nutrient, so I get large packets of powder from a health food store and sprinkle a tablespoon over my breakfast once or twice a week. (Flaxseed, not cereal - lower carbs, higher fiber and contains estrogenic lignans)

I don't know whether it accelerates weight distribution to the butt... the PM seems to be doing that enough as it is ... but I find it does help with libido. (The kind that I want).
