How can you tell if herbs are working?

#11

For many of us there seems to be a jump period at

6-8 months and they almost sprout overnight after many months of laying good building foundations,

I bottled out last time just as I was about to jump start

sigh

Everyone's different. If you are lucky, or un lucky as I first thought, to have Gynecomastia it takes a lot less time to see the changes. I think more realistically it's closer to 3 months. Just don't think you will go from flat to even a size B in 3 months.

In everyday life, a Bio Woman takes sometimes 3 - 5 yrs to fully develop to the point of breast maturity. Even some don't really grow nice size of breasts until their first pregnancy or even while nursing.

So, if you think you will start on a Monday and by the next Monday you will look like Dolly Parton, then you will be sad with the results.

Interesting, to be honest I thought it was more linear, and the changes are just so small in the beginning that they're not noticeable.

Right I never expected insta-boob monster growth, I was just confused because you said it would take a long time to see any growth but when I look at some people's progress and when they started it seemed like they would start taking pills and immediately start to grow. Thanks for the clarification.

So to make sure I got everything correctly: you start taking some herbs, wait to see if you notice any redness or itching or sensations in the chest, if you don't - wait a few months, and if still nothing by then try something else.

Blue Coral,

Yes, that sounds right. You may see changes sooner than you expect, or you may have to wait a bit longer.

B.C., I think in a lot of cases, you have to give your body a good time to start to "reprogram" itself.

Just think, for x number of years, your male, with mostly androgens coursing with your blood. Now you try to go even slightly in a different direction.... It's a system shock right??

So, I think sometimes it takes a bit of time to change directions, body wise. Does that make sense??

I won't repeat what's already been said.
You asked what things are noticed. Well, I started one 500mg morning and evening before bed. During the first 6 weeks (I think it was) tingling in the nipples, a different odor to my pee, and a change in my moods. Also, my beard growth slowed dramatically and got softer. my hair did as well.

I increased to two pM caps morning and two evening (where I remain) also added Reishi mushroom (caps and later extract) on Lotus advice along with White Peony extract. I quit the reishi and by the fifth month I had distinct "nodes" in each breast, but still nothing major. nipples and areolas tingling and sore, had to rub to work soreness away.

I almost quit but between April and May, then came some real noticeable growth. By August (first anniversary of pM) I have a good foundation for the second year. And quite satisfied.

Advice? Keep it simple, keep at it and keep coming here for support. And Most of all.....be patient.

Are those all sort of stuff that you may experience, or some of those things that you should? What I was doing before I never had any of those signs, and right now while taking the current dosage of PM and Saw Palmetto I'm not either; however I just started again and am not taking a whole lot right now.

Those are things you may experience. A minimal of six months is what I think it takes before you judge whether a herb is working for you or not.
Six months at a minimum? Looking at how other people have progressed, it always sounds and looks like they start taking herbs and almost right away start getting changes. Some of you guys/girls/whatever pronouns you use grow really fast then. For example (I'm not sure if she goes to this site) but on the Ainterol forums Lisa (I think that's her name) showed a picture of herself after three months of taking herbs and she already had a noticeable amount of growth. Did I read her stuff incorrectly and she meant three months after noticing changes, not when she started taking herbs? Huh

Although it seems like some people grow significantly after only a short time, it's possible there may be an underlying reason why. The general rule of thumb is at least 12 months. It personally took me over 6 months before I noticed any changes, and that's using PM and WP. Remember we all have different bodies, and we will all act differently to the herbs.

To add....I've always been a little leery of folks who come in here and post a nice set after 3 months. Herbs are slow but sure.

September made it one full year, BO with BM substitute every third month. Couple short resting breaks during the course totaling right at a month. First three months held tingles, swelling and well, breast just seemed to have energy. Then they hibernated for a period… then back to energy this spring. Since August the rate of change seems to be accelerating. Not just with my breast, but also my butt thighs and legs. Its Swansons 750 AM and 750PM. Funny thing is tinny nipples? Dont know why that is. Arm and leg hair- no such thing. Only problem is a little extra weight came along. Going to have to ditch that. Best indicator of growth for me is when my breast shift firm to mushy then back to firm. Little bit bigger each time.
