Most people do not really need a multi if they are eating meat, eggs and green vegetables, there is almost nothing that you would be missing if you eat them in adequate quantities.

If you don't eat a lot of meat or dark green vegetables, then you might be lacking.

As four our NBE/MtF purposes, try to avoid red meat as it increases testosterone. Diet is very important for transition too, there are several foods that can increase estrogen and avoiding others can reduce testosterone.

You still want to maintain healthy levels so please don't go overboard, as AbiDrew mentioned, it's a balance.

Try to replace red meat with white, so chicken or fish are great. And replace your milk with soy milk, easy substitution once you get used to it. Also try eating a quarter/half a grapefruit each day, this has been shown to increase estrogen production in men fairly consistently.

That's about it, there are a lot of others but you don't need to go overboard.
