Hey hi there!
It has been a while since I added anything to this thread and apparently longer still since I posted lab results.

Given the general trend in the WRONG direction

, I am considering reverting to a previous version of my program that seemed to work better.
I should add that the current results are coming at the tail end of the holidays when leftovers are still being consumed and my general diet and exercise are at their lowest point of the year.
For that reason I am planning to retest again in a month or so to ensure levels are moving in the right direction and then try to test every three months for confirmation everything still looks good.

My questions are:
- Does reverting to a previous regimen make sense to recapture the earlier success?
- Should I wait until my diet and exercise regimen has stabilized, retest for a better baseline and then reset?
- Should I start with a cleansing period where I stop taking any supplements and give my body time to reset the endocrine clock?
- If so, is there a recommended length of time for the cleanse/reset to be fully effective
- Is there any harm in continuing to drink my Sencha green tea with spearmint, ginger and licorice during the cleansing period?
