Hello Everyone ...
This is my update for July.
My program has changed, with reductions to PM of 1x daily @ 500mg and RR 1x daily @ 500mg.
I am pleased with my results and feel changes are still persistent on lower dose. Following the advice from so many of you, that it's a marathon not a race.
So happy and feel I've reached one of my goals, " if I were shirtless or naked there would be no doubt ... those are titties!! " Next step is an A cup.
Wish me luck ... hoping your own journey is all you've dreamed !
